This is the second year that the corporation has partnered with Feed America, the nation's largest hunger relief organization. The firm will donate one meal for every use of the #ShareAMeal hashtag.
Thirty million meals have already been distributed over the past few years, Feed America said.
"Unilever has a long history of partnering with Feeding America," said Christiane Paul, the vice president of marketing for Unilever.
"We are proud to continue our partnership to raise awareness and make strides toward ending childhood hunger. It is crucial we all come together to tackle this big issue."
